Like creating any habit, practice these small strategies every day to start to improve your relationship with food
- Focus on what you need to get in instead of what you need to avoid. A mindset of avoidance means we end up craving them even more. Focus on getting 5+ serves of non-starchy vegetables, 2 pieces of fruit and enough water every day.
